WMS Intelligence is a B2B product sold through Acumatica VARs. We collect only what we need to follow up on demo requests and provide account access. We do not advertise. We do not sell data. This page explains exactly what we do and don't do.

What we collect
Only what you provide. Nothing more.

Name, email, company, and contact details from demo requests and account registration. No tracking pixels, no behavioral data, no third-party ad networks.

How we use it
Demo follow-up and account access. That's it.

We use your information to respond to demo requests, provide account access to the WMSi partner portal, and send transactional emails like email verification.

What we don't do
No ads. No selling. No third-party tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not run advertising on this site.

What we collect

Information you provide directly.

Demo Request Form

First name, last name, email address, company name, phone number, role, and any message you include. Used solely to respond to your request.

Account Registration

Name, email address, and company name. Used to create and manage your account on the WMSi partner portal.

Login Sessions

Session data stored in your browser to keep you logged in. Login attempts — successful and failed — are logged for security purposes.

Email Verification

Temporary verification tokens sent to your email address when you register or request a demo. Tokens expire after use.

How we use it

Three purposes. All of them obvious.

To respond to demo requests

When you submit a demo request, we use your contact information to follow up within one business day. That is the only reason we ask for it.

To provide account access

Registered accounts allow approved VAR contacts to access partner resources on wmsintelligence.com. Your account information is used to authenticate your sessions.

To send transactional emails

Email verification, password reset, and demo request confirmation emails are delivered via Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service (AWS SES). We do not send marketing emails without explicit opt-in.

What we don't do

No advertising. No selling. No tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes — ever.

We do not run advertising on wmsintelligence.com. No ad networks, no retargeting pixels, no sponsored content.

We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services that build behavioral profiles across the web.

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If you submit a demo request, we follow up on that request — we do not add you to a mailing list.

Data processors

One. AWS SES for email delivery.

Amazon Web Services — Simple Email Service (AWS SES)

Transactional emails — verification links, password resets, and demo request confirmations — are delivered via AWS SES. Your email address is passed to AWS SES for delivery purposes only. AWS SES does not use your data for advertising or profiling. AWS's privacy practices are governed by the AWS Privacy Notice.

Your rights

Access, correction, and deletion.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request that we delete your account and associated data. To make any of these requests, contact us at the address below.

If you have an account on wmsintelligence.com and wish to delete it, you can contact us directly and we will remove your account and associated personal information within a reasonable timeframe.
